I found one an AWESOME neighborhood for people wanting more bang for their buck in Virginia Beach but also want a house that doesn’t feel cookie-cutter, also has TONS of nature, and some cheap houses on the water if you’re fortunate enough to get one! Kings Forest is very close to Kings Grant and Little Neck, which is a big factor in why I think it’s a great value for the price. Most of Little Neck is a lot higher priced, but Kings Forest is one of the best and lowest priced neighborhoods in the Little Neck area!
