In this video we’ll talk about one of my favorite neighborhoods with character in Norfolk – Colonial Place. I love it because you can get a vintage style house for cheaper than you can even find it in Ghent or even West Ghent. It’s full of trees, accessible to multiple kayak/boat ramps, trendy restaurants, all within a quick ride. It’s fabulous and for what you’re paying it’s hard to match it if you plan to relocate to Norfolk and want a neighborhood with character and charm.
