Well I got sick last week and it really made it difficult to get my thoughts out without annoying everyone in the process! This week we’ll go LIVE at 9PM EST – I’ve been watching the Virginia Beach area market to see if what we’ve been seeing has become a trend or was just a blip in the radar. I’m pretty confident that we’re in a time that I haven’t seen in many years (if ever) and want to give you my thoughts on how to approach it if you plan on moving to the area in the next few months!
