I was never really a fan of Courthouse Estates. I felt like for what you got it was overpriced partly because I saw the prices shoot up in a way that I felt was disproportionate to the rest of the Virginia Beach area. What I’ve noticed since then has caused me to rethink how I feel about Courthouse Estates. I now admit that I was probably wrong and have now become a fan of the neighborhood. If you’re planning to move to Virginia Beach and want specific school districts, a contemporary house, well-kept but quiet neighborhood with plenty of trees, Courthouse Estates is one worth going after! And I’ll tell you why. But that doesn’t mean there still aren’t drawbacks! I’ll talk about those in this video, too!
