Lamberts Point in Norfolk Virginia

Lamberts Point in Norfolk Virginia! Ever heard of it? Maybe not? This is a neighborhood in Norfolk that’s on the west side of the city, sandwiched between several areas that are in high demand. That includes, Ghent, Larchmont, Lochhaven, and Old Dominion.

Nestled (yeah I said nestled) between all of these places is Lamberts Point, which not only is affordable but might be on the cusp of some nice appreciation relative to the rest of Norfolk.

Are you a Norfolkian who wants to learn more about your city? Or are you moving to the area and want to research neighborhoods in Norfolk? I hope this video about Lamberts Point gives you great info about the real estate, schools, shopping, where it is, what it’s like living there, as well as some drawbacks, too!

Also I’ll talk about the new mixed-use complex being developed in Lamberts Point called The Railyard, that’s set to open in 2020!
