Lamberts Point in Norfolk Virginia! Ever heard of it? Maybe not? This is a neighborhood in Norfolk that’s on the west side of the city, sandwiched between several areas that are in high demand. That includes, Ghent, Larchmont, Lochhaven, and Old Dominion.
Nestled (yeah I said nestled) between all of these places is Lamberts Point, which not only is affordable but might be on the cusp of some nice appreciation relative to the rest of Norfolk.
