Town Center is the downtown of Virginia Beach, but many often are surprised that Virginia Beach even has a downtown. We’ll talk about what’s in the downtown area as well as the surrounding areas and get into the pros and cons of living in the area. I will say that while it’s technically a downtown area, you might find there are a lot of differences between this downtown and others in areas you might have lived near in the past!
