TONIGHT! I’ll be going LIVE at 9PM EST (Merry Christmas) for one more live evening in 2024 to give you some neighborhoods and areas I’m watching for 2025. As the area changes and as the spring comes there are some places in the Virginia Beach area that I’m watching to see how they change in 2025.
